Homemade meatloaf on homemade ciabatta bread...

I never measure ingredients when I'm making meatloaf, but usually use:

ground beef and/or pork, turkey

sauteed onions and garlic

bread crumbs soaked in milk

herbs and spices

ketchup and worcestershire sauce
